The cosmetic surgery industry has experienced a boost with anti-ageing and facial feature enhancing treatments from UK Aesthetics launching in over 250 beauty salons and Spa’s in the UK.
UK Aesthetics is one of the largest companies in the UK specialising in aesthetic procedures. The treatments offered enhance facial features, treat scarring or tissue damage and off-set the signs of ageing such as fine lines, crows feet, frown lines and pronounced nose to mouth lines. Body aesthetic treatments include thread vein treatments for the legs and excessive sweating (Hyperhidrosis).
The latest treatment is the new Angelina Jolie favourite treatment, micro surgical skin needling, Dermaroller - the perfect treatment for salon customers keen to experience natural non-invasive treatments.
The team of 20 experienced practioners are led by medical director, Dr Paul Dewhirst BACD. Dr Dewhirst is responsible for the training, protocols and guidance of all UK Aesthetics medical practitioners. He qualified as a doctor in 1982 at St Barts, London. Having been a GP since 1990 Dr Dewhirst took a keen interest in dermatology and has been practising cosmetic medicine since 2003, later becoming a full member of the British Association of Cosmetic Doctors. Recently he has developed a module on injection lipolysis to be included within the BACD’s diploma in Cosmetic Medicine.
“Today’s salon customer is time poor and it’s important that a salon can offer their customer’s the full service, whether that’s hair and beauty treatments or aesthetic treatments. UK Aesthetics is a clinic that can give your salon the edge over your competitors in the area and will even encourage new customers into your salon through our strong marketing, point of sale material and national advertising and PR campaign. Our website will also direct potential customers to beauty salons in the area, which can act as an introduction to new customers for salon beauty treatments too. As there is no financial outlay for the salon, it really is a win-win situation for the salon owner,” concludes UK Aesthetics director Phillip Davies.
UK Aesthetics has six regional divisions headed by company directors – Central & South West, Scotland, North West, London & South East, Yorkshire & North East, and East Midlands - to provide salons and spa’s with a tailored customer service, education and marketing advice to their specific location and needs.
