The Indola Partnership Program

T.I.P.P, short for The Indola Partnership Program is Indola’s exciting ‘rewards’ scheme for freelance hairdressers and salon owners given at no extra cost.  With over 80 years of heritage and trust to celebrate and with today’s difficult business environment, Indola, Exclusively Professional international hair care company, believe there is no better time to support salons and professional hairdressers via the wholesaler.

T.I.P.P is more than just any service.  It proactively invests in salons helping to develop their business and staff at no cost at all to create winning working environments.  So how does it work?

Whenever a Salon purchases Indola products which include the Innova Care and Style, 4+4 Professional Essentials, Designer Form or Profession Caring Colour ranges from their designated wholesaler, points are awarded.

Once the salon has registered with the T.I.P.P scheme, points will be awarded for every £1 or € spent!  As the points are accumulated and tracked via monthly statements, up to 10% of annual spend can be redeemed against a number of different rewards such as salon tools, training or personalized salon marketing material.  Salons can also receive extra T.I.P.P points during the year to help earn a desired reward or upon reaching targeted thresholds.

Indola have teamed up with top established Training Academies in the UK.  These include the prestigious Ultimate Hair and Beauty in Ireland, Hob Education in London, The Mahogany Academy in London and former British hairdresser of the year, Andrew Collinge in Liverpool so that salon staff can refresh their technical and creative skills and learn from some of the most talented experts in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

The T.I.P.P scheme also offers marketing solutions designed to help expand their members businesses through the use of professional marketing solutions; specifically geared to improving growth and profitability in the areas that matter to them. Material solutions that can be adapted to suit a salons needs. Perhaps a hairdressers looking to gain new clients, increase client loyalty or the frequency of their clients’ visits?
