1. This online service (‘the Service’) is provided by Salon Gold Publishing Limited. By using the Service you accept these terms and conditions which apply to use of the Service and the materials and information it contains (‘Materials’).
2. Salon Gold Publishing grants you a non-exclusive licence to access and use Materials for your personal purposes. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the content for commercial purposes
3. Copyright, database rights and all other intellectual property rights comprised in or relating to the Service and Materials belong to Salon Gold Publishing and its licensors.
4. Salon Gold Publishing may at any time make alterations to or withdraw the Service or any part of it.
5. Salon Gold Publishing excludes all warranties, express or implied relating to the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranty that the information it contains is accurate or up-to-date or is suitable for any particular purpose. Salon Gold Publishing shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as the result of the use of this the Service.
6. These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the Laws of England and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
7. 1. You may not post or private message within any area of Salon Business Online any of the following content:
      • Copyright material, unless the copyright is owned by you or Salon Business Online
      • Any material that is knowingly false and/or defamatory; inaccurate; abusive; hateful; racist; harassing; obscene; threatening; invasive of a person's privacy; disparaging with regard to a person’s sexual orientation, race or religion; or otherwise a violation of any law.
      • Advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations.
      • Mass mailing, spamming, or the establishment of competing services.
   2. User-generated content expresses the views of the author of such content only, not necessarily the views of Salon Business Online.
   3. Salon Business Online does not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any user-generated content (for example, forum postings, user comments, images).
   4. Salon Business Online is not responsible for any user-posted content, but reserve the right to delete or edit any such content at any time, without prior warning, should this become necessary (for example, if we receive and uphold complaints from other users who consider such content offensive).
   5. Individuals remain solely responsible for any content that they post on the site, and as a user of this service, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salon Business Online and their agents and employees with respect to any claim based upon transmission of such content.
   6. Salon Business Online reserves the right to reveal the identity and any other details we may hold about a user in the event of any complaint or legal action arising from content posted on the site by that user.
   7. You may place a link to your own website within your profile page, avatar or signature of posts, provided that you place a reciprocal link back to Salon Business Online on a prominent place on your own website.
   8. Salon Business reserves the right to reuse content posted within any area of the Service in any other Salon Business properties, with due credit made to the content originator.
   9. Notice to media: If you wish to reuse content posted within the site, you may do so only provided that you a) identify yourself as media, b) secure written permission of the content originator to use their content, and c) you acknowledge Salon Business Online as the source of the content within your published work.
