Marking a new chapter in the salon’s ongoing relationship with UK distributor ADSN.
Published:The partnership also sees Georgina Greenslade appointed as a BHBD Key Educator, bringing specialist extension expertise and education to both the salon team and the wider hairdressing industry.
Already a long-standing partner of ADSN through Davines, The Hair Movement says the collaboration with BHBD reflects a shared approach centred around quality, education and thoughtful hairdressing.
Known for its premium-quality hair, seamless blends and natural-looking finish, BHBD has become one of the industry’s most recognised extension brands, making it a strong fit for the salon’s guest-focused philosophy.
For Benjamin Shipman, the partnership represents more than adding another service offering.
“We’ve worked closely with ADSN through Davines for many years, so there’s already a huge amount of trust and alignment there in terms of philosophy, education and the way we believe hairdressing should feel. This partnership with BHBD feels like a very natural extension of that relationship,”

Shipman explains that brand alignment was a key factor in the decision to introduce BHBD into the salon environment.
“At The Hair Movement, we’ve always believed that beautiful hair should feel effortless, authentic and completely personal to the guest. We’re incredibly selective about the brands we bring into the salon because everything has to align with our standards, our culture and the experience we want people to have when they sit in our chair.”
“What really stood out to us with BHBD was the quality of the hair and the finish it creates. The extensions look incredibly natural, move beautifully and genuinely feel like an extension of the guest themselves rather than something separate or obvious.”
Alongside the salon launch, Greenslade’s appointment as Key Educator will see her support independent stylists through advanced extension education, mentorship and technical training.
The move further strengthens The Hair Movement’s focus on continuous education and team development, with the salon set to become a hub for BHBD training and specialist extension expertise.
Guests visiting the salon will now have access to BHBD’s premium extension services, designed to deliver natural-looking length and volume while maintaining the integrity and movement of the hair.
