Taking place at the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds on Monday 8 June 2026, the event will bring together respected salon owners, educators and business experts for a programme focused on the realities of running and growing a successful salon business in today’s market.

Headline Speakers

Among the headline speakers is Robert Eaton, Art Director at Russell Eaton Hair Salons, who will join Louise Howard-Long, founder of Architect Hair, for the panel discussion Empower Your Team to Deliver: Building Structure, Progression & Loyalty.

The session will focus on creating clear career pathways, strengthening salon culture and improving team retention, which is an increasingly important conversation for businesses navigating recruitment and staffing challenges across the industry.

Award-winning salon owner Ami Coutts, Company Director of Halo Hair Design, will also take to the stage for From Posts to Profit: Social Media & Marketing That Works for Salons, sharing insights into how salons can use marketing and social platforms more strategically to attract clients and support sustainable business growth.
