Published:The ClubStar Art Team is aimed at hairdressers aged 25 and under, providing an opportunity to develop their artistic skills and gain experience outside the salon environment.
The programme is designed to support emerging talent through education, creative development and access to industry experts, helping participants build their skills and confidence.
For 2027/28, the ClubStar Art Team will be led by Billy Ryan and Elle Foreman, owners of Tribe Salons. The pair have received recognition across the industry, with Tribe Salons winning the Fellowship’s 2025 Salon Business of the Year. Elle Foreman has also received individual industry awards, including Salon Stylist of the Year and One to Watch at the 2025 Creative Head Most Wanted Awards, while Billy Ryan was a finalist in the Business Director of the Year category at the 2026 Hairdressers Journal British Hairdressing Business Awards.

The 11 finalists will now attend a judging day, where they will audition in front of a panel of judges.
Previous ClubStar Art Team member Mia Guynan of Nadin Hurley highlighted the impact of the programme on her own development, describing the experience as helping to build her confidence and self-belief while providing opportunities for education and inspiration.
The ClubStar Art Team is one of the Fellowship’s initiatives focused on developing young hairdressing talent and providing opportunities for creative growth beyond the salon.
