Menspire has launched a new mentoring membership designed to give barbers access to business advice, technical education and industry networking through a single online platform.

About The Educators

Mentored By Menspire brings together the expertise of Chris Foster, Josh Lamonaca and Samuel Palmer, offering members ongoing mentoring, exclusive educational content and a global community aimed at supporting career development at every stage.

Bilingual First

Described as the first bilingual platform of its kind, the membership combines the trio’s specialist knowledge through a single annual subscription, with content covering technical skills, business growth, personal branding and career development.

Build Your Professional Profile

Award-winning barber Chris Foster focuses on helping members build their professional profile through branding, social media and reputation, while Global Educator and Men’s Hairdresser of the Year Josh Lamonaca shares cutting, styling, finishing and editorial skills. Entrepreneur Samuel Palmer provides guidance on the commercial side of barbering, including pricing strategies, client retention and building a sustainable business.

What It Includes

Alongside on-demand content, members will have access to weekly mentoring sessions, networking opportunities and an online community through the dedicated Menspire App.

Knowledge Sharing

Chris Foster said: “There’s never been anywhere where barbers could learn from more than one mentor at this level in one place. We’ve each built our careers in different ways, and that’s exactly why we wanted to bring our knowledge together and share it with the industry. Mentored By Menspire has been years in the making and we’re excited to build this community.”

“This isn’t a one-off masterclass or a single course. It’s an ongoing community that barbers can return to throughout their careers as they continue to develop. Bringing everyone together allows us to support the future of the industry,”
– Josh Lamonaca.

Samuel Palmer tells us that the platform aims to help raise standards across the profession by creating an international community where barbers can share ideas, support one another and develop both their technical skills and their businesses.

Mentored By Menspire is available through the dedicated Menspire App and online.
