Industry Leaders Take the Reins

Leading the 2027/28 ClubStar Art Team will be Billy Ryan and Elle Foreman, owners of multi-award-winning Tribe Salons.

The pair bring extensive industry experience to the role. Tribe Salons was named The Fellowship’s 2025 Salon Business of the Year, while Elle has also received individual recognition, including 2025 Salon Stylist of the Year and One to Watch at the Creative Head Most Wanted Awards.

Billy’s business expertise has also seen him shortlisted for Business Director of the Year at the 2026 Hairdressers Journal British Hairdressing Business Awards.

Speaking about taking on the role, Billy and Elle said:

“We’re incredibly proud to be leading the ClubStar Art Team for 2027/28. The Fellowship has had a huge impact on both of our careers, so this feels like a chance to give something back and help the next generation build confidence, create strong work and see what is possible within the industry.”

Developing the Next Generation

The impact of ClubStar Art is reflected by members of the current team, including Mia Guynan and Nadin Hurley, who say their experience has helped develop both their technical knowledge and confidence.

“As a young and upcoming stylist in this incredible industry, I have always found myself striving for further knowledge and education.”

They added that being part of the ClubStar Art Team had provided opportunities for inspirational learning while strengthening their confidence and self-belief.

The 2027 team will take part in a minimum of eight team days throughout the year, as well as a dedicated team photoshoot.
