Published:Aveda has unveiled One For All Leave-In Elixir, a new multi-benefit styling and care product designed to suit every hair type and texture.
Launching alongside a global campaign celebrating individuality and diversity, the lightweight leave-in spray combines hydration, styling support and protection in a single formula, offering 25 benefits including heat protection, frizz control, detangling, shine and up to 72 hours of hydration.
Suitable for all hair types and textures, the vegan formula is silicone-free, 99% naturally derived and approved by Cruelty Free International. It also features Aveda’s signature pure-fume™ aroma of rose, jasmine and ylang-ylang.
Christine Hall, Vice President of Research & Development at Aveda, said: “With One For All, we wanted to create a product that truly worked across the full spectrum of hair types and textures.
The challenge was developing a lightweight formula suitable for fine hair while delivering the conditioning performance needed for thicker textures.”
At the heart of the formula is certified organic moringa oil, responsibly sourced from Guatemala through an agroforestry system that supports biodiversity, improves soil health and provides an additional source of income for local farming communities. According to Aveda, the ingredient helps condition the hair while improving resilience against the stresses of daily styling.
Supporting the launch is a new brand campaign photographed by Tom Schirmacher, featuring 25 individuals from a range of backgrounds, hair types and textures, including artists, activists, entrepreneurs and members of the Aveda community.
