Published:Glass Coat and Weightless Shine Drops from the Swedish hair brand BHBD, is a two-step routine designed to control frizz, enhance shine and give hair a polished, freshly styled finish.
A heat-activated styling spray designed to be applied to clean, damp hair before blow-drying. The lightweight formula creates an invisible protective layer around the hair, helping to control frizz, protect against humidity and environmental stressors, and extend styling memory for up to two washes.
For best results, BHBD recommends spraying Glass Coat generously through the lengths before completely blow-drying the hair. The heat activates the formula, helping to smooth the hair while maintaining its natural movement.
The second step is Weightless Shine Drops, a concentrated serum designed to add the finishing touch. The formula helps soften dry or frizz-prone lengths, smooth flyaways and enhance shine without weighing down finer hair.
A few drops can be warmed between the palms before being pressed through the mid-lengths and ends. The serum can also be used independently on damp or dry hair, either before styling or afterwards when additional polish is required. Coconut oil and apricot kernel oil feature in the formula, which has a softly floral fragrance combining coconut and apricot notes.
The products are also available as the limited-edition Dream Hair Duo, which includes full-size versions of both products. To use the duo, apply Glass Coat to clean, damp hair and blow-dry thoroughly to activate the formula, before finishing with one to three drops of Weightless Shine Drops through the mid-lengths and ends.
The Dream Hair Duo is priced at 998 SEK. Glass Coat is available individually for £32, while Weightless Shine Drops retails for £48.
