Published:The Fellowship for British Hairdressing has revealed the 16 semi-finalists for its prestigious 2027 F.A.M.E. Team, recognising some of the UK’s most promising emerging hairdressers.
Designed to nurture the next generation of industry talent, the Fellowship Academy of Merit and Excellence (F.A.M.E.) offers successful applicants a year-long programme of education, mentoring and creative opportunities. Team members take part in mentor days with leading industry names, photoshoots, shows and seminars, gaining invaluable experience across all aspects of professional hairdressing.
The 16 semi-finalists will now compete at a selection event on 8 September 2026, where they will complete a series of creative challenges before a panel of industry judges. Following the assessment, eight finalists will be selected to progress to the F.A.M.E. Team Final on 5 October 2026.
The successful 2027 F.A.M.E. Team will be announced at the Fellowship Luncheon & Awards, taking place at The Londoner Hotel, London, on 7 December 2026.
